Wellness screening visits are typically $0 copay for participating insurance plans. Routine care visits are plan-dependent — your exact cost is always shown upfront before you book, so there are no surprises.
Yes. MDLIVE encourages continuity of care. You can choose and keep the same primary care provider for your routine visits, building a relationship over time.
Wellness visits have a $25 cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hours. Routine care visits have a $25 fee if cancelled within 2 hours. Fees are waived for Medicaid/Medicare members.
Yes. Board-certified MDLIVE primary care physicians can prescribe many medications. However, they cannot prescribe controlled substances. Prescriptions are sent to your preferred pharmacy.
